I’d like to share some recent achievements. In February 2024, I had good results in several international guitar competitions.
Buffalo Guitar Showcase Competition: I received an Honorable Mention.
Troy University Guitar Competition: 3rd prize.
Queens University Guitar Competition: 2nd prize.
I’m especially happy because these results are coming when I decided to start challenging what it means to be classical, musician, guitarist and Brazilian. I must especially thank Dr. Daniel Bolshoy for his guidance in the Doctorate in Musical Arts that I am studying at the University of Georgia. His mentoring and encouragement are fueling these results.
